The Scholar of the Week program is back in motion here at GHS. Scholar of the week for 02/03 - 02/07 is Emily Strauser. Emily is one of those scholars that is involved in almost everything that goes on here at GHS. In addition to that she is genuine, polite, motivated and enthusiastic. We appreciate all that she has done and continues to do for GHS.
Our scholar of the week for 02/10 - 02/14 is Nicola DiGrazia. Nicola is genuinely one of the nicest scholars here at GHS. He is a NHS scholar and is very focused on his education. He is always willing to help anyone he can. Continue the hard work.
Congratulations Emily and Nicola. Keep it up!

🌟 We're so proud of our incredible youth delegates who attended the CADCA Forum in Washington D.C. from February 2-6! 🌟
Attached is a photo of the enthusiastic group who represented us last week. They had an amazing opportunity to engage with key staffers of Senators Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand, discussing important issues around substance use and addiction prevention.
Our delegates also attended various workshops and presentations, gaining valuable insights into addiction science and the best prevention practices. It was an empowering and educational experience that they are eager to bring back to our community.
Thank you to everyone who supported this journey, and let's continue to champion the cause of substance abuse prevention together! 🙌
