Good Afternoon:
This morning, Wednesday, September 16, 2020 the Gloversville Enlarged School District
received confirmation that a Park Terrace Elementary School student tested positive for COVID-
19. The child, who is exhibiting very mild symptoms, has not been in the school since Friday,
September 11, 2020. We have provided the Fulton County Department of Health with the names
and numbers of anyone exposed to the child on that date. All potential exposures will be
contacted by the Fulton County Department of Health and directed to quarantine for 14 days
from September 11, 2020. Those who are asked to quarantine will be allowed to return to school
on Monday, September 28, 2020, assuming they are not exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.
